Spreadsheet Structure Overview
The MuleBuy spreadsheet is organized by category tabs: Shoes, Hoodies, T-Shirts, Jackets, Pants, Headwear, Sets, Underwear, Jersey, Accessories, and Others. Each tab contains rows representing individual items or supplier listings. Columns typically include Item Name, Supplier, Price, Batch Code, Size Availability, Color Options, Notes, and a Last-Updated timestamp.

Scan Color Codes
Green means recently updated. Yellow means caution. Red means out of stock or changed.
Read Batch Code
The batch code identifies the production run. Cross-reference with community reviews.
Check Last Updated
Rows older than 30 days may have stale data. Verify before ordering.
Reading the Color Codes
The spreadsheet uses a color-coding system to flag important information. Green rows indicate recently updated or restocked items. Yellow rows carry warnings about known flaws or batch inconsistencies. Red rows signal out-of-stock items or batch changes that may affect quality. Gray rows are archived listings that are no longer available but remain visible for reference.
Understanding Batch Codes
Batch codes are the most important column for repeat buyers. A batch code like 'PK-3.0' or 'LW-B' refers to a specific production run from a specific factory. Different batches of the same item can vary significantly in materials, construction, and accuracy. Experienced buyers follow batch-specific discussion threads to understand the current best version of popular items.
Using the Notes and Comments
The Notes column contains supplier-provided descriptions, while the Comments section — often linked from the spreadsheet — contains buyer feedback, QC photos, and flaw reports. Smart buyers read both. A row with pristine supplier notes but negative comment feedback should be approached with caution.
Price Columns and Currency
Prices are listed in Chinese Yuan (CNY). MuleBuy adds their service fee on top of the listed price, typically 5-10% depending on the item category and your membership tier. Always calculate the total landed cost including service fee, domestic shipping to the warehouse, international shipping, and any optional services before comparing prices to local alternatives.
